Gandhi Old Age Home is an abode of hope for aged and physically & mentally challenged sections of the society. Established in the year 2001, it is managed by Gandhi Education Society, a Charitable, Non-religious, Non-profitable & Non-government organization, registered in 2001-02 under the Department of Welfare of Disabled and Senior Citizens of the Karnataka Government. The executive committee of the society consists of highly dedicated & committed social workers and philanthropists including its founder and secretary, C. Ugraiah.
We are a Government Recognized institution, but purely run on the donations from the people on the better half of the society. Today there are nearly 110 members at Gandhi Old Age Home, but the donors’ count has remained the same. Hence, we request to take a step forward to donate and help us impart a meaningful, healthy and dignified living towards this neglected section of the society.
